Industrial Cleaning

• Office, factory & machine cleaning. All aspects undertaken including jet washes.
• Kitchen, shower area & toilet cleans. Deep hygienic cleans carried out to environmental health standards.
• Floor cleaning and sealing. For ease of maintenance and elongation of durability vinyl floors should be sealed and polished.
• High level cleaning. Hartserve undertake the cleaning of the underside of roofs in factories and warehouses and also the cleaning of all external surfaces including cladding.
• Painting of walls and ceilings. Freshened up in all types of industrial premises with minimum disruption.

Domestic Cleaning

• Post renovation cleans. When the builders are finished we will clean up.
• Change of tenancy cleans. Between tenants we will clean to a standard that makes a property appealing for re-let.
• Carpet and suite shampooing. Odour and stain removal.
• Presentation cleans. Often undertaken for estate agents before properties are presented for sale.
• Clear outs. Where required, Hartserve can clear out and clean premises prior to reuse, resale or change of tenancy.
• 'Dirty' house cleans. Properties soiled by animals, birds or rodents. Hartserve can include fumigation, painting and the supply of replacement furniture.
• One-off garden cleaning. Where a garden has been let go over a period of time we can clear it.

Window Cleaning

Hartserve supply a fully licensed uniformed window cleaning service.

• Contract window cleaning. This service is offered to shops, offices, factories, warehousing and other industrial premises at frequencies specified by clients.
• One-off cleaning. Perhap's you've moved into commercial premises that have been empty for a while? We can remove time's built up grime.
• Exterior and interior. Either on a contract or a one-off basis, we can clean the exterior and interior of windows, other interior glazing, partitions and display cabinets.

Ancillary Cleaning Services

• Flood or fire damage. Hartserve sincerely hope you never find yourself in this position, but if you do we can clean up for you.
• Graffiti removal. We remove unsightly graffiti from any type of surface. We then apply a clear and invisible sacrificial wax coating which makes it difficult for the offence to be repeated.
• Chewing gum removal. We remove discarded chewing gum without trace from any type of surface including Monoblock, Tarmac and entrance mats.
• Common area cleaning. Hartserve clean common areas such as stairs and landings for factors, housing associations and local authorities.
• Back court and bin areas. We also clean these for factors, housing associations and local authorities.
• Carpet shampooing. Odour and stain removal
• Labour squads. Hartserve can supply labour squads at short notice to lift and shift, or to work to your direction.

• Janitorial supplies. We can supply a full range of janitorial supplies to both commerce and industry.
• Washroom facility provision. We can provide, fit, service and refill washroom facilities including sanitary disposal units, paper towel dispensers, toilet roll dispensers, soap dispensers, automatic air fresheners and deodorisers.
